I was comfort eating yesterday after getting some bad news. Plus my trip to the gym got derailed by an argument with my SO. I'm going to try to do better today.
237.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
