Naik 31 kg saat hamil sampai melahirkan. Dan sudah sempat turun sebanyak 23 kg (dalam 12 bulan). Tapi sebulan terakhir ini naik 2 kg karena kebanyakan ngemil 😅 (nimbang kemarin sudah turun 1 kg) Jadi gw coba untuk mengurangi karbo supaya bisa mencapai target BB ideal. Wish me luck!
