Today is about finding out which Mountain is in desperate need of rain, or which needs a great big hair cut! Maybe it is overgrown with garbage brush... Paperwork left in a pile for future attendance, nicely fit into a category of some sort...and some extra energy will flow through plan a pruning, and maybe, it is enough to sit and breathe.....🙄
237.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
