Kaget karna puasa kayaknya dek 😀 soalnya aku saur kayak biasa makan pagi aja, overnight oatmeal pake susu. Cuman tadi aku takut cepet lapar jadi tambah ayam goreng deh, karna proteinnya tinggi. Tapi persentase karbo, lemak sama proteinnya pas hehe
