My weight has been pretty steady lately.
205.4 lb Lost so far: 69.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1926 kcal Fat: 104.64g | Prot: 124.85g | Carb: 130.04g.   Breakfast: Shedd's Spread Light Spreadable Margarine, Reduced Fat Mexican Style Shredded Cheese, Milk (Nonfat), Fried Egg, 12 Grain Specialty Bread, Salsa. Lunch: Pork Chop, Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Dinner: Balsamic Vinegar, Tomatoes, Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese, Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade) , Cool Whip Lite, Sugar Free Boston Cream Pie Pudding. Snacks/Other: Pork Chop, Honey , Smart Pop!
