I'm very happy that I've been keeping up with taking measurements, because I've been starting to feel like my body hasn't been changing very much since the last time I took them. So I took them today and I was surprised there were small changes all around. I hold most of my fat on my belly, so I'm just waiting for that to go down and make the biggest change, since that is my most stubborn area. It's a little frustrating to see other areas decrease more rapidly than that area, but the only thing I can do is to keep doing CICO and trust that it will come off eventually. Too bad spot reduction isn't a thing, cause that would be lovely to take it off where I want it to come off. I'm happy that it finally decreased by an inch, so it's still progress.
