LCHF(저탄고지) START
아침에 토달볶먹고 설사 몇 번했지만 오후에 삼겹살 먹은 뒤로는 잠잠. 운동도 힘차게 하고 왔다.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
