Alhamdulillah...lost 13.1 kgs within 10 weeks! 😭
178.1 lb Lost so far: 28.9 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

clean eat itu makanan nya ga pake garam ya?

@dwi risandi: pake garam sbnrnya gpp...asal gak berlebihan. Clean itu lbh komponen makanannya, misal masak sop sayur, pakai bumbu dan rempah2 segar. Yg byk sodium dan MSG itu kan bumbu jadi/bumbu instan 😊. Aku juga ga makan rebus2an tiap hari kok.. tempe & tahu ttp prefer digoreng & cocol sambel juga pastinya hahaha
