Skipped two morning runs this week so I could work longer hours and get through a really stressful work week, so I wonder if this might be muscle mass I'm losing. It seems a little too quick for that though, so I'll claim it as a victory regardless. Work is better now, and it's Saturday, so I'll run a 6-miler in a bit and get back on track.
