Neurologist said continue to observe my symptoms ( lol ) I'm observing all right 😂 if my symptoms worsen call him ...at least I have someone to call if I get that horrible pain and numbness back ...overall just that muscle twitching and forearm weakness and feet and leg weakness ..but at least my weights down a tad 🤗 have a great Saturday
155.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
