So it has been exactly a week since my surgery now and I have lost about 4 pounds which I have mixed feeling about. Honestly thought I was going to gain all the weight back and that it was just water weight from not eating before and the few days after my surgery because I was so out of it and could not open my mouth. Also The past couple of days since I’ve been able to eat solid foods again and I’ve been in minimal pain I’ve kind of just been eating whatever I want and can so that obviously hasn’t been the healthiest. Also I haven’t been to the gym in over a week now so I’m really hoping I haven’t lost too much of my strength and my body is targeting at my fat and not my muscle for its energy. However today a week later I am feeling a lot better and I’m ready to do a little bit of light exercise so I am excited to get back into the gym today and keep putting on muscle. Hopefully my weight will start going up soon
106.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
