Ate late at night.
Yesterday May 10,2018 was the first time ever that I ran 3.5 miles consecutively 10min mile or 6MPH SPEED WITHOUT STOPPING. A great day.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
