BS is up. traveled to VA. I did good. They ate Pho and I ate grilled salmon with steamed vegetables. They ate Ramen and I ate chicken and eggs. We had Popeyes and I only ate the chicken with the breading removed. I ate slim jims, cream cheese, hard salami, pork rinds in the car. Lots of sparkling water, unsweet tea and coffee. A bit discouraged, but it is what it is. Oh, and I had salad a couple of times.
155.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

don't beat yourself up. get back on track. U can do this! be encouraged. travel weight will take a few days to come off but it will. :) stay strong.

Thanks for the encouragement. It's actually better today. Glad to be home . I brought 3-year old granddaughter home with me. That should run off some pounds.
