Not too bad. I tried creatine again, this time at the end of the workout (as opposed to before as is normally recommended) but weight still crept on. This is a good trick to bear in mind for when I'm back to person size though :-=)
302.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.0 lb a week

Doesn't creatine make you retain water regardless of when you take it though?
