Not too bothered with the gain these last few weeks as I’ve not been to the gym and my diet has been pretty shocking!! Starting back on the healthy eating plan and counting calories again so hopefully next few weeks will shift what I’ve put on 👍
176.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
