I missed one of the doses yesterday of the hCG. I'm going to be more careful today! Solas concert tonight and Mother's Day tomorrow. I will have to be very strong to stick with this for the next two days. I expect there will be more temptation to go off program. The three-pound loss is encouraging me though.
