10 mile bike ride this morning. Another 10 this afternoon. And pull ups, chin ups, bicycle crunches. Three workouts today, grappling yesterday, and Kickboxing tomorrow. I am tired.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 56.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
