I'm 64 and a substitute teacher in a "challenging" district. I usually work 3-4 hours a week. Thurs and Fri were hellish days. I know that we are at the end of the year, the kids have just finished three weeks (!) of testing, but behavior is off the charts. It makes me want to comfort myself. My favorite way. At the end of the school day I had used 65 of my 1200 calories. I used them up with semi-evil food. I always added 300 calories of pure comfort. Today, I have been so wiped out, I've just laid on the couch, intermentally eating popcorn, sleeping, reading and watching TV. I am exhausted. I'm going to make myself get out tomorrow.
