that's just the way it is with LCHF. slow but steady as she goes. Had a couple of trips and when I got back on 4/16 I was 165, so going back down a lb. at a time. I just keep on trying.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
