Exercised - turbo jam 20 min, again. Feels good to get moving again.
212.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 57.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do turbo Jam too- turbo sculpt- I really like it- but I just ordered slim in 6- i heard it is really great and I could use a change.
