I'm so glad to see the scale moving again. Before I started logging my weight on FS I was 294 lbs. on Jan. 1. and now I'm 251. That's a 43 lb. loss so far. I will reach my goal weight by Dec. if not before. I plan to stay focus and continue with high protein, fiber and vegetables and plenty of water. I have started walking again so that will help also. I do treat myself some days but I try not to so it often. Self control and portion control has been my friend. I love this app and all the support I have received.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
