So I have decided to try the Atkins diet again. Hopefully I will be able to press through the urges and cravings to want to eat something sweet or even breads, pasta and rice. Lord give me strength. I have to reach my birthday goal weight of 200lbs. (November 16, 2012)
251.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
