Not enough calories for the last four days has lead to only 100g weight loss. Fuming
194.2 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks. I hadn’t had enough calories for 4 days and didn’t lose anything (hardly). Not making that mistake again
