Not eating enough, apparently...
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow. What goes on with you? When are you back to lifting?

I've been lifting again for several weeks! I just don't bother talking about it here because I don't have much to say about it :) And as far as my comment - I just reduced my intake a little bit in response to the heat. It makes me very sluggish and I assumed I was burning fewer calories by the end of the day. Since I seem to be losing more than just water weight, I guess not....
