Lost two pounds. Working out with both weights and cardio. Trying new things at the gym, plus started my food journal. Is it odd that I stop myself from eating something, just so I don't have to write it down! Is that normal? Probably not.
307.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
