Scales not moved, good week watching what I ate, occasional exercise, think I have to up my exercise, perhaps swimming tomorrow! No weight gain, so that is good!
160.9 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
