holding my own. so i guess it's ok since i know im also gaining 2-4 lbs of water weight for period this week. i haven't stayed under 1200 calories every day. more like an average of 1500. it is amazing how few calories is sufficient.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
