I put on some weight in last few days, so I hope I will lose them as fast. This two weeks I will be eating vegetarian food, mostly fruit, vegetable, whole grains and legumes. Sometimes I will eat tuna without oil. This two weeks I shall not eat anything made with white sugar and flour, anything fried, canned or oiled.
Also, I will try to work out as much as possible.
