Wow, the scales said 59.8 this morning! Shock, disbelief! I had to step on them about 5 times just to make sure they were working!!!! :)

Amazing. All my hard work, quitting dairy & soy, using coconut oil, it's working!!

Yippeee!
131.8 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
