Down 4lbs in 6 days total of 11lbs in the past 13 days... Eating 1000 calories or less and taking in 30 carbs or less. Working out every other day walking for 20-30mins on treadmill at 2mph and doing weight lifting for my pecks to try and tone my moobs...LOL.
319.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
