Nothing is change !! After my friend and Trey's family came here , I am not working out as much I as used to !! Still fat 🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷
149.0 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
