Thanks Swayneman. Ive been bouncing between 133 and 136 for couple months. Trying to figure out how to stabilize or ant least not let it get to me. All good!!!! How are you and your fam doing?

Same here. I keep going back and forth between 162 - 166. I don't want to get near 170 so I'm going to start getting a little strict with my diet. Family is doing pretty well.

Swayne, i keep thinking i need to gain a few pounds (of muscle) but when scale goes over 134 i get weird in the head. Conundrum.. sounds like we are same. And holidays coming!!!!

The important question my dear, is "How do you look?" Not, "What do you weigh?" 💚💜💛

SHIRFLEUR i agree with you logically. Its the illogical, emotional part of me that needs to grow up or heal or something like that….its messy.😂

Thank you sweet buenita🥰

Ah yes, the part that rules us, in spite of logic. I get it. It's so difficult.

YOH - I consider a 3-pound or so window to fluctuate within to be pretty normal. But it can be hard to get emotions and mind ok with that. I have, alas, gone above my preferred window in recent weeks, but hopefully I'll be able to get that back down when ski season starts for realsies. You are doing great 🤗❤️

Congratulations on your drop. :) 👍🏻 I, too, fluctuate by 2-3 pounds. 128-130 is my maintenance range.

I bounce around in a similar range...usually only a fraction of a pound from day to day. It's difficult to see the scale go up at times, but if you're able to wear your clothes comfortably & feel good, that should be the gage. One of the girls I follow on Instagram says maintenance shouldn't be trying to stay at your lowest weight by eating the bare minimum. It should be maintaining in a range while eating well & living your life. You shouldn't eat in a deficit forever. I know a lot of this is mental for you. You'll get there! ❤️❤️

Just like the others who commented my weight bobbles a little bit from day to day. That happens even when your daily calorie intake has been stable. It resolves itself if you go back to the same type of foods you normally eat. Some foods take longer to digest, others move fast, some are inflammatory and some anti inflammatory. Don’t react to quickly when you see a small blip on the scale they generally will always resolve on their own.

Oh Shirfleur I like that comment, 'how do you look, not what do you weigh', and SherryeB, 'are you able to wear your clothes comfortably and feel good', that's food for thought today! :)

Well done darling!! That's a great credit to your determination and efforts. I'm trying to rouse myself back to the path of proper health, and your story is an inspiration! Keep up the good work.
