I eat basically the same thing, but either lose very little or stay the same. I walk three miles everyday,plus exercise on my WBV machine for twenty minutes everyday. It seems like i should be losing more, i am doing low carb eating.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
