what i eat
breakfast- 1 egg lunch homade soup with turkey or chicken,onion,green beabout one and a half cups, dinner- four oz of meat three cups of tossed salad or sometimes two cups tossed salad wit olive oil and vinegar, and a half cup of green beans. occasionally i will have Atkins chocolate peanut candy in the afternoon. On Thursday when i am out, i have a food bar for breakfast, and a Atkins bar for lunch. Than that day i have the usual 4or 5 oz of some type of meat and i usually have a half a cup of diet jell-o with two Tbs. of coolwhip most nights. This will give you a ideal of what i have been eating. I have a cookbook by Atkins, but it calls for to many things that i don't have.

low carb eating
I am not having any sugar or sweets watching my carbs, haven't added any fruits yet as i haven't lost enough weight. It does seem slow ,compared to what other people say. I tend to eat the same thing, I have a Atkins cookbook, but don't find anything i can make. They call for so many things i don't have or don't know where to get, and i am not going to spend a lot of money on special things. I occasionally buy Atkins meals, so far most are good, but shows how little we should really be eating.

Buddies Needed for Low Carb Weight Loss
thanks for the replys. I have been three days on Atkins, don't think i am doing it right, but it is a start. I have been having a egg for breakfast, one and a half cups of homemade turkey soup for lunch, and a piece of meat wit two or three cups of green salad ,with olive oil and vinegar. I have lost four pounds, i know it is water weight, so the next few days should be the answer, if i am doing it right.

low carb eating
I am trying to start the low carb diet, i have gone on Atkins site,but am not to good with computer, and finding it a little hard finding what i need to do. I would like a buddy to help me on my way, I have at least fifty pounds to lose. I even have difficult time trying to get back to someone that has mailed me on this site.

where do i go for menu options, and just getting started, I bought the new Atkins book. Find it difficult getting around the site. It's probably just me, i tend to make everything more difficult , than it really is.
