Ok, startingthe 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge today. Time to make changes. I had been on the Atkins and did okay, but my problem is that I get bored after a couple of months on a diet. This 30-day challenge is going to be excellent for me. I feel motivated and feel like I can stick to this for 30 days. Plus, my 56th birthday is in 38 days, so that adds more incentive to do well and look great for my birthday. Yippeee!!!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
