Ok, first day of 30-day eating clean and I managed to do it right. I even went to the gym last night for some cardio. I go tonight with the trainer for weight training. I feel good, one of my co-workers is eating clean with me so we can compare notes. I know I can do it for 30 days. Yippeee!
