Do NOT understand this , I met my calories intake . I worked out daily since June 2 until now , only this pass weekends I got to eat something “”normal “” cause family events , but I was careful . Why I did not lose any weight .... 😡😡😡
152.4 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
