I have not been eating more than my calories request a day , thinking maybe this coming week I will eat something else with my sister so hopefully it won’t pass my calories request a day 🥰🥰looking good so far
152.2 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
