SOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! i hit my first personal goal of under 300 pounds I DID IT! a little over 100 days low carb and i have lost over 50 pounds!! I am so happy but still am experience health problems. i just don't know what is happening! its so scary to just not know! my heart and body done something i never experience before yesterday. i just don't understand what the hell is going on! but i will continue to lose this weight and conquer this quest we call life! Hope everyone enjoys their day!
298.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 98.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kenna I think I am going to be switching to the whole 30 diet soon (making those life style changes) because I realize that low carb is higher fat than I thought but I'm trying to over come my addiction to food also and lol I just love cheese and cream cheese but with the whole 30 you give up dairy products so I just havent taken the plunge to get even healthier with the food but I do know I need to! Jlente we are super close to the same amount aren't we we can totally do this I am giving my self another goal to be 290 by my birthday which is just 3 weeks away!! That was my original date to be under 300 might as well make it bigger!! Thanks everyone for your support! 💘

Pylesw... Yeah I do see my doc they think (as in my cardioligist and doc) I need the weight off as fast as possible. Even my cardiologist spoke of gastric bypass or something like that to have even more rapid results but I just don't want surgery! But when you are larger it just seems like the weight can fall off sometimes which is making my doc happy. I sure hope losing weight rapidly isnt "killing" me considering being obiese is already.. I am praying that isn't what is causing me more problems I didnt even think about that until now. But my doc wants me to eat 6 small meals a day and doesnt think I should stop eating a food group but I have issues. With food and sometimes that is the only wat to keep fromover indulging

listen to what the doc says.tell him exactly what ur diet is.something tells me a high fat diet is something ur body cant deal with.he knows more than any of the people on MFS,at 300lb.s it could be an illconcieved diet change that puts u 6 ft.under.dont mean to scare u,but dont be afraid to be honest with ur doc.good luck,god bless.

my doc sent me to a nutritionist,i recomend it!learn the truth,not what dieters tell you.

Congratulations Knjs4! That’s amazing! Has your doctor checked your vitamin/mineral levels. I’ve had heart palpitations, racing and at times just straight up irregular heartbeats. It can be scary! My doctors are great, but none of them checked my levels until I asked them too. Sure enough, I needed supplements which makes sense when we totally change our way of eating. Just don’t be afraid to research and ask your doctors. Best of luck to you on your journey to get healthy!

clarityann that was the first thing my doc done.. of course my vitamin d levels were super low i have always had super low iron yesterday i asked for a b12 shot im just feeling super sluggish ever since sunday when i had that weird spout with my heart and body.. i havent had my cholesteral (i can't spell sometimes lol) checked but i think im going to ask her to do that. anyway my daily med are prenatal vitamin (not pregnant just for the extra iron) vitamin d 2000 mg a water pill 25 mg and blood pressure med 25mg iron pill 65 mg and a baby aspirin 81 mg... but its like something else is wrong lol i dont even know i mean it is not really lol it sucks but what can you do except just try to get better and hope you do. i know im ready to feel better but i don't know Gods plan maybe if i am inspiration by losing weight and helping atleast one other achieve their health because of me then that could very well be it. sakiewicz.. thank you and congrats on 4 blessings! man i love mine so much. I can't wait to hit my goals also! having this community at fat secret it is such a blessing and have so many people that gives inspiration to and it really helps you feel the need to keep going and be held accountable!
