Man.. i have just been craving so many things lately why is this happening.. I have started incorporating more fruit into my diet because i am gonna learn as much as i can and transitions into the whole30 diet out of a low carb diet after mothers day. But now i feel hungry more craving more can't stop thinking about food food food its in my dreams its in my face at home. Stuff i can't have its just right there!! I splurged just now and made a almond milk peanut butter small banana shake just to hopefully get this crap under control!! WHY CAN'T I DEFEAT THIS ADDICTION!! on top of that i have to wear a heart monitor just for a couple days but i am not aloud to sweat so no exercise for me no shower no going outside to sit in the beauty. i just get to slowly clean and think think think think think think think think think think think think... i just want to call BULLSHIT!!! and throw a fit while i watch everyone around me indulge in snack cakes and pizza and mash potatoes and reeses and cokes and just whatever they want!! When your all alone in this in your home ITS SO DAM HARD i don't care what anyone says its just so dam hard!!! i miss it i miss the over full feeling! the happiness off indulging into something that you love so much. the kiddiness of the first bite of the crunchy shell from a taco. the first bite of the sweet spicy yummy goodness of chinese food. MAN!!!!!

I miss those things too...and some days are just hard. But seeing the progress and feeling good about myself makes it worth the sacrifice. It’s so hard to live in a house with kids (and a husband) who eat whatever yummy things they want. My house is full of foods I can’t eat and some days those foods scream my name. I have to ignore them and keep plugging along. You can do it too! Stay strong my friend! Hugs to you

it's hard to eat well when we have been raised to eat processed foods. at a wedding we eat cake. at a funeral we eat cake. at a graduation we eat cake. why cake and not fruit? why cake and not almonds? why cake and not kale? it's a learned behavior we have to conquer. food addiction to processed food is killing US!

Ugh I know the frustration! Feels crippling sometimes and for me, that urge over takes my willpower nearly half of the time :( But at the end of the day I know that at least half of the time I made it! I stayed on track. I’ve had to change the way I feed my kids as well. Which is a good thing! Buy less junk. Because It’s a lot easier to go with out if you don’t have to say no in the first place
