Food logging is a chore & I am thinking about stopping. I am doing LCHF and pretty much know what I am doing (I think!) When I do something, I am all in! so my net carbs were pretty low and I have been gradually upping them slowly and making sure I am still in keto.

I exercise regularly and sweat my buns off, so I know that part of my life is on track.

I am thinking that perhaps I will just trust the keto sticks to keep me on task as far as food goes. I would greatly appreciate input from those on LCHF as to whether I should do this. Thank you all!

From your profile you have not been logging long nor met your goal weight. I would caution that stopping at this point has not truly been a test track of monitoring and being accountable to your self. Certainly it is your call, but the longer you work with it, the more likely the learning will stick. I have found logging food to be a bit of a chore but overall a great tool in keeping me aware.
