Well, I'm up a little but I'm super stoked about it. I had my weigh/measure done and I am up 1.6 lbs since my July 1 weigh/measure. Why does this excite me? Because I have gained 3 lbs of lean muscle and lost 7 inches. Hurray! It's not JUST the number on the scale, now is it?
164.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
