Under 400 lbs! I'm going into the next phase of the diet. I will now be able to have 10% calories from carbs. I did very well even though I was traveling and eating out multiple times this weekend.
399.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 149.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
