Quite happy with this result. I survived 2 weeks of chaos, travelling and Chinese hospitality, and only put on a small amount of weight. AND I was incredibly undisciplined at the airport duty free shop which had all my favourite chocolates reduced to half price!

The sheer amount of walking we did in China would have helped enormously- climbing steps to the peak of mountains, walking miles along the Yellow River, etc, and even though we had some very long days of work which also involved excessive amounts of food AND alcohol, the weight gain was minimal. So, despite putting on weight, I'm happy. Now I just need to get back into a rhythm and some regular exercise, and start cooking some meals at home (I haven't even shopped since we got back on Sunday!)I seriously need to get back into the groove and get under 78kg- I have been aiming at that goal since before Christmas, and I'm sick of the interruptions. We're not going away now for another month (well, that's the plan), so maybe it can be done this time. I'm sure if I could break that barrier, it would be smooth sailing to my goal. I always seem to hit these marks that are difficult to break through (whether going up or down, it's the same spots), and they are always at the same places (79kg, 92kg, 103kg, 73kg). Strange. That's it from me.

thanks for motivating me and also get back to rhythm as soon as possible. even i will stick to the diet.
