Not my recipe))) but)
I used for 1 portion:
1 egg
25g vanilla protein
10g oat bran (next time i‘m gonna use 20g or 20g oat flour)
50g greek yogurt
20g buttermilk
0,5 ts baking soda
Pinch of salt)))
Mix everything and fry on medium heat) for pan I used a few coconut oil))

what is the recipe. now I don't eat fruits so no banana or that. but asking vanilla flavor protien powder, egg whites.
