same weight and I8 on a 900 calories I'm allowed 1600 feel down about it tomorrow it'll show up I'm sure
216.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1600 is a bit too low for your current weight. At you lowest calorie deficit, for you personally. You should be consuming anywhere from 2,268-2,754. I say aim for the lower amount first, consume that amount for 2 weeks. If you’re not losing 2lbs weekly, then start having 2150 and see how another 2 weeks goes.
