This is what my new scale is reading so I'm going with it. It's ok because it won't stay there long. Can't figure out how to calibrate it so we'll leave it as is. This isn't a good week to be weighing in anyway but I did😱 I'll see it drop back down so I'm good with it.😁 Hope everyone has a great day!!
174.4 lb Lost so far: 43.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I went through that too! My new one weighed 3 pounds heavier so I continued to weigh on both, even though I knew that was dumb. I just couldn't put the "gain" on the chart. But then about two weeks later, they were the same! It was the weirdest thing. So I finally switched over. It has an app and keeps track of all kinds of measurements: Weight, Body Fat, Body Water, Viseral Fat, BMI, BMR, Muscle Mass, and Bone Mass. I love it!

I calibrate mine old school. I use my 10 lb wt...I weight the weight my weight is 10.2 so because I'm not technically savy I just subtract the .2 from my weight and that gives me an accurate reading ...hope you have a great day sweetie and thank you for being such a positive influence here...and for your support.;)

I have a 5 lb weight I use just to keep scales honest...

When I clean the bathroom, I have to remember where to put the scale. It can be off as much as 3 pounds from one spot to the other

Scales 😭😁 Love - hate. I have been an everyday weigher forever. I had to quit. I lose so slowly and bounce around while doing it. I had to go to weighing in once a week on Fridays. You have to figure out what works for you. Have a great day. ❤

I cross check my scale with the one at the gym - they are pretty close in numbers. the scale in the doctors office however - this is another discussion.

Well good for you for not having a heart attack at the "new" weight. It's a starting number, that's it. I weigh more at the doctor's office. Great job just looking at it as your current starting number and not your identity!

Thank you all. I feel really good regardless of what the new scales say. We're not even going to discuss what the Dr's scale says Tahoebrun😄 This is still better. I know I still feel a lot better than I did when I first started so I'll just keep at it.
