44% I was stuffing my emotions before and wasn't conscious of it. Now that they aren't stuffed via food, they appear to be catalyzing new problems that I haven't had since I was skinny-- adult acne and upper back tension. I'd MUCH rather have these problems than weight and eating problems, so I'm not complaining, just noting my intention to tackle these, too.

Probiotics will help the acne a lot. If you aren't taking some, you should look into it before taking and meds for it. :) Still looking good.

haha, welchmom! I was puzzled for a while, too, about all the sudden acne. I wouldn't have figured it out if it wasn't both problems at the same time! thanks for the tip sara! I do not take probiotics and am not interested in meds, so I will look for some probiotics in the health food store next time I am there. :)

I highly recommend milk kefir by Helios Nutrition. I get the unsweetened variety. I tolerate it even though I can't drink milk. I have a little bit every day. A little goes a long way. :) You can also take probiotics in pill form, but make sure they are live cultures.

already bought some yogurt, but I'll look for that brand of kefir next time I am at the store. I don't like kefir, but in small doses it might be okay. Thanks for the tips!
