well after 12 days averaging 1600 kcal i finally managed a scales loss. my near fast yesterday of 1000 kcal and an early morning weigh in also helped.
191.1 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
