Lost 30 kg since the 1st of November 2017. Whoop whoop!!
239.9 lb Lost so far: 64.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Made sure that the calories I take in are healthy calories, no starch, no booze, no sweets. We also dinner early...17h00. I made better carb choices i.e. I rather ate sweet potato than straight forward potatoes. I am allowed to eat 2400 calories a day but I tried to maintain a 1000 calories a day. Do this for a bit and your stomach will shrink and get used to the amount of food you take in. Oh and I excercise daily, started walking 5 km a day with my wife and then got a exercise machine which I train on everyday for half an hour. You'll get to a stage where you think your stomach will never go again....lol. This is where your body is realising something's up.....stick it out cuz then it's as if your metabolism reboots and after this happens it's awesome cuz your energy increases and your general mood. We even skip meals nowadays...especially when we go out....we'd have a proper lunch somewhere and that's it. You stay full. We do have desserts once in a blue moon...and we count those calories as well. Yesterday we had brunch....that's it (was a a big brunch and very fattening but you only get married once) You just stay full. It really is all in the mind. I cannot say this was easy, but I can't say this was difficult. Now I cannot believe all the food I used to eat in a day. I also don't see this as a diet because this is my life now...counting calories. I will never go back to who I was before this! It's a lifestyle change...I am healthier and more energetic.....if it wasn't for fatsecret...I don't think we'd lose the weight....the community support is awesome

Amazing achievement meneer. This is motivation for us, thanks for sharing your story. I started on Monday and have already lost 2.2 kg....still a very long way to go, but stories like this will really help me to stay on track.
